Life is a journey and having the skills and tools to navigate its challenges is essential.

Courtney received her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Wake Forest University, and graduated with honors. She received her bachelor’s degree in communication from East Carolina University. Before transitioning into counseling, Courtney accumulated nearly a decade of corporate experience, primarily at Bank of America. Her diverse background equips her with a unique perspective and a well-rounded approach to supporting clients. 

Courtney is passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate and manage anxiety, grief, stress, and the complexities of work, life, and relationships. Her approach to counseling is person-centered, focused on creating an evidence-based approach tailored to each individual’s needs. Courtney sees counseling as a powerful avenue for discovering hope, healing, and purpose.

Outside of work, Courtney loves spending time with her husband and children. She enjoys staying active through playing tennis and walks with her dog, listening to an audiobook or podcast.
