Bailey Thomas, LMFTA

LICENSED MARRIAGE & FAMILY THERAPY ASSOCIATE

I aim to collaborate with you and acknowledge every aspect of you that got you to where you are today.

Bailey earned her Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Appalachian State University in 2024. She completed her undergraduate degree in Health Promotion and Behavior (with an emphasis in health promotion) and a minor in global health from the University of Georgia in 2022. She was born and raised in Georgia, but she has fallen in love with living in North Carolina.

Bailey is passionate about creating a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space for clients to begin their healing journey. She enjoys helping clients navigate anxiety, relationship issues, setting boundaries, self harm, stress, and neurodivergent challenges. She works with individuals ages 13 and up as well as couples and families. Bailey will celebrate with you along the way and help you create positive and sustainable change. She believes everyone has the strength within themselves to create the life they desire.

Bailey’s therapeutic approach is warm, direct, holistic, and strengths based. She views the therapeutic process through a systemic lens and uses solution focused therapy, attachment theory, and mindfulness in her practice. Every person is unique! Therefore, her therapeutic approach is tailored to fit the needs of the client.

Outside of work, Bailey loves reading, hiking with her husband & dog, practicing yoga, and a good cup of coffee!
