Payment FAQ's

Do you take insurance?
Yes!  We are in-network with most major insurances including:

  • ​Aetna

  • Anthem

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield

  • Carolina Behavioral Health Alliance (CBHA)

  • Cigna/Evernorth

  • Medcost

  • Meritain

  • Optum/United​

What if you don't take my insurance?
We can bill your insurance as out-of-network.  Additionally, we can provide you with a statement or super bill to submit to your insurance company.  Please contact them directly regarding their reimbursement policy.
**We are not in-network with Medicare or Medicaid**

Who can I talk to about insurance and payment?

Cancellation Policy

We have reserved your therapy appointment especially for you and are usually unable to fill an appointment slot with limited notice.  If you are unable to attend your therapy appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of session time will be charged a late cancellation fee.  Thank you for your understanding.
