Hi there!

My name is Karli and I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life. As your therapist, I will consider every part of who you are and how you got to this point, and together we will embark on a journey of giving yourself grace while watching changes unfold that get you to where you want to be.

    Karli's Story

Karli earned her Bachelor’s Degree from UNC Chapel Hill in 2021, where she majored in both Human Development & Family Studies and Psychology. In 2024 she earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Appalachian State University. Karli’s education and experience has prepared and equipped her to work with individuals, couples, and families from all walks of life dealing with a variety of adversity.

As humans, Karli believes that the most powerful thing we can offer ourselves is space; space to feel our emotions, space to connect with the most important people in our lives, space to heal, and space to connect with our authentic selves. Her hope is to provide you the space you need to do these things, and to walk that journey with you as you do so. Karli hopes to foster a relationship with you as her client that can be used as a model for your relationships outside of therapy. And she hopes to celebrate you for who you are, your little wins, and your big victories.

Beginning therapy can be intimidating and vulnerable, but if you choose to take the step and move forward in the process, Karli will be glad to meet for a consultation in which you can determine if you are a good fit for each other!

I look forward to meeting you, and in case no one has told you today…I believe in you!
